Irving Energy, a major family-owned propane and heating oil provider for residents in Northern New England, announced they’re hosting an open forum to gather customer opinions about price protection plans on their website. More than 500 fuel consumers have already weighed in about whether or not they’ll be locking-in their propane or heating oil prices for this upcoming winter.
“We love hearing from our customers and are always looking for new ways to interact with them in a positive and fun way,” said Irving Energy marketing director David Simmons. “We hope this price protection forum and the information provided by other heating oil and propane users will help people make the best decision.”
Irving’s website is a good resource for anyone struggling with questions about home heating. The site features a series of articles explaining exactly how price protection plans work, and an interactive online tool to help customers decide if price protection is the right choice for them. And, their active blog ‘Fuel for Thought’ will keep you in the loop on what the company’s been up to.
